Meet Elleck Mgiba

A seasoned professional with over 2 decades of experience in the motor industry.

An expert in labor law, compliance monitoring, dispute resolution, and conducting inspections.

Proven track record in enforcing MIBCO collective agreements and contributing to organizational success.

Beyond his impressive resume, Elleck is deeply passionate about teaching and training.

His journey began in 1995 when he started teaching at an Abet School, and since then, he has continued to share his knowledge and expertise within MIBCO.

For over 15 years, Elleck has been training new recruits and seasoned professionals on Returns and Compliance, solidifying his reputation as a trusted mentor in the industry.

He knows that following the rules is super important in MIBCO Online Returns and Compliance.

Not following them can cost more than following them. Elleck worked in the motor industry for over 20 years.

Elleck climbed the corporate ladder from Returns Processor, to Returns Team Leader, and Returns Supervisor.

He also worked as a Payroll Administrator, Legal Admin Support, Risk Champion Representative and Designated Agent.

He understands the problems employers and professionals face in the motor industry.

This inspired him to start "Three One Solutions."
