About the Founder

Meet Elleck Mgiba

Elleck is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the motor industry. He’s an expert in labour law, compliance, dispute resolution, and doing inspections.

He has helped many businesses follow MIBCO rules. He also loves teaching and training others. His journey started in 1995 when he taught at an Abet School. Since then, he has shared his knowledge with people in the motor industry and MIBCO.

For over 15 years, he has trained both beginners and experienced professionals on MIBCO Compliance. Many people in the industry trust him as a mentor. He knows how important it is to follow MIBCO rules. Not following them can cost more than doing things right.

Elleck has done many jobs in the industry. He started as a Returns Processor and worked his way up to Team Leader and Supervisor. He also worked in Payroll, Legal Support, Risk, and as a Designated Agent.

He understands the real challenges employers and workers face in the motor industry. That’s why he started Three One Solutions — to help others do things right and with confidence.
